So what's cool is you can change the light temperature, brightness, and what not. Then it does work well as a book light and it keeps the ambient light to a minimum to not be so distracting to those around you who are trying to sleep. My FAVORITE feature is the timer on the book light. The timer goes up to 99 minutes but I love this because I like reading at night and setting a timer means it will go off automatically to not disturb my sleep if I fall asleep while reading and save the power. When it does lose power, it is easy to charge. Just plug it into a USB and it will be ready to go in an hour or two.
